Return and Refund
The customer, a non-professional individual, has a period of seven working days from the delivery date of their order (the delivery note date being proof) to exercise the right of withdrawal from the order and return any item that does not suit them, in its original packaging and in perfect condition, fit for resale.
The customer may request an exchange or a refund of the order, which will occur within a maximum of 30 working days from the date on which the right of withdrawal was exercised.
We will process the refund using, unless otherwise specified, the same payment method that the Customer used for the initial transaction.
If the goods are returned at the customer’s request, the return shipping costs are at their expense.
