We may aggregate information related to all our other Users, groups, accounts, and the personal data available on the User.

Free consultation
Consulting the Site does not require prior registration or identification. It can be done without you providing any personal data (name, surname, address, etc.). We do not record personal data for simple site consultation.

Retention of data during the contractual relationship
In accordance with Article 6-5° of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to information technology, files, and freedoms, personal data processed is not retained beyond the time necessary to fulfill obligations defined during the conclusion of the contract or the predefined duration of the contractual relationship.
Retention of anonymized data beyond the contractual relationship / after account deletion
We retain personal data for the strictly necessary duration to achieve the purposes described in these T&Cs. Beyond this period, the data will be anonymized and retained solely for statistical purposes, without any further use.
Data deletion after account deletion
Data purging measures are implemented to ensure their effective deletion once the retention or archiving period necessary to fulfill the determined or imposed purposes is reached. In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to information technology, files, and freedoms, you also have the right to request deletion of your data at any time by contacting the Publisher.
Data deletion after 3 years of inactivity
For security reasons, if you have not logged into the Site for a period of three years, you will receive an email inviting you to log in as soon as possible. Otherwise, your data will be deleted from our databases.
ACCOUNT DELETION
Account deletion upon request
The User has the option to delete their Account at any time, either by simple request to the Publisher OR via the account deletion menu in the account settings, if applicable.
Account deletion in case of violation of T&Cs
In the event of a violation of one or more provisions of the T&Cs or any other document incorporated herein by reference, the Publisher reserves the right to terminate or restrict, without prior notice and at its sole discretion, your use and access to services, your account, and all Sites.
NOTIFICATIONS IN CASE OF SECURITY BREACH DETECTED BY THE PUBLISHER
User notification in case of a security breach
We commit to implementing all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risks of accidental, unauthorized, or illegal access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction of your personal data. MODIFICATION OF T&Cs AND PRIVACY POLICY
In case of modification of these T&Cs, commitment not to lower the confidentiality level substantially without prior notice to the affected persons
We commit to informing you of any substantial modification of these T&Cs and not to lower the level of confidentiality of your data substantially without informing you and obtaining your consent.
APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Arbitration clause
You expressly agree that any dispute arising from these T&Cs, particularly concerning their interpretation or execution, will be subject to an arbitration procedure according to the rules of the arbitration platform chosen by mutual agreement, to which you will unconditionally adhere.
DATA PORTABILITY
Data portability
The Publisher commits to offering you the possibility of retrieving all data concerning you upon simple request. This guarantees Users better control of their data and the possibility to reuse it. These data must be provided in an open and easily reusable format.
